Nanogencyprus cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in instances where your order is seized by customs, and Nanogencyprus will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered or extra charges under these circumstances. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Nanogencyprus, and further that in the event of customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be borne by you in full.

Promotions, Discounts and Offers
All offers on this site are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Nanogencyprus reserves the right to remove any item from any promotion or price discount without notice. Many discounts are only available upon purchase of set combinations of items or application of a certain discount code. Customer failure to supply the code or meet the offer conditions may result in the discount not being applied, and Nanogencyprus cannot refund customers who miss a discount because of this. All offers which include 'Free Delivery' are applied strictly to ACS Courier Point to Point delivery only, and up to a shipping weight of 2kg. Cancellation Rights
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private rather than business use), you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods or services. Shipping

All orders will be shipped the next working day, subject to stock availability. Should there be any delay with shipping you will be notified by email of the expected dispatch time.

Our delivery for orders with in Cyprus, subject to stock availability, usually takes a day, but please allow up to 7 days from dispatch.

International delivery time varies.

Orders selected for Cash on Delivery will be delivered only by ACS Courier (to pick up by customer on ACS Store Locations). This service is only available for Cyprus with an additional fee of 2.00 euro per package.

Discreet Packaging
Orders are shipped in couriers packages usually envelopes or plastic bags. We ship in couriers packaging to ensure your confidentiality. However, please note “Colors Studio c/o Nanogencyprus” and our address will be on the package.

Returns
